- Sourcing of clients for unsecured business loans through DSA and open market.
- Reviewing & interpreting the competition & market information to fine-tune strategies whilst identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts and developing them to achieve consistent profitability and enhance revenue.
- Strategically planning and implementing various strategies for cross selling of other products to new customers to ensure revenue generation and profitability.
- Generating business from DSA channel and calculate the eligibility of the customer before processing the file.
5. Present the case to the Credit Team and follow up till disbursement.
6. Empanelment of new DSA to generate the more business.
7. Providing end to end resolution to the client as well as DSA so as to reiterate client’s loyalty and ensuring committed services level.
