Job Description

· Super Stockist & Distributor Appointment and Effective Management

· Follow & processes that support the distributors in realizing their interests (ROI/ Claim Settlement)

· Manage & Guide team of CSO’s/ Senior CSO’ to deliver desired results

· Sales Planning

o Width – Beat Plans, New Merchant Opening, Sub-Dealer Appointment / Milk Run Routes

o Depth – Top Merchant Management, Loyalty Programs, QPDS

· Market Execution: Implementation of Schemes & Trade Marketing plans in the geography assigned

· Manage Urban or Semi-Urban or Rural Markets

· Report Competition Activities in category handled and geography performance to Area Sales Manager on monthly basis
